Feelings in PSHE

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Year 4 Year: 2022 - 2023

Today we have been talking about feelings and how they affect our physical state. We have freeze framed what our feelings look like when we display different emotions. For example we laugh when we feel happy, we might have butterflies in our tummy if we feel nervous, we might have red cheeks if we feel embrarrased, we could jump up and down if we are excited or clench our fists if we feel angry. We linked this to how different people feel differently in the saIMG_0823.JPGme situations.
